The Position:

We are hiring Service Technicians with a background in HVAC to join our team that is dedicated to providing outstanding service.  Successful candidates will enjoy working with teams to solve technical issues and engaging directly with customers. 


The Company:

Based in Northwest suburban Chicago, of Mount Prospect.  The company is the North American affiliate of an multi-national organization.  

Specializing in products that provide solutions in the areas of temperature control, fluid conditioning, ink and fluid technology.  Customer markets include printing, laser and industrial.  Products operate in all major markets worldwide.


Responsibilities:

 •   Providing technical support via phone or internet

  • Troubleshooting equipment at customer sites in North America
  • Training customers on the use and maintenance of our equipment
  • Installation of equipment at customer sites
  • Documentation of support activities

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in HVAC or electronics
  • Basic knowledge and familiarity with electrical circuits
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites when necessary (approximately 25%)
  • Basic problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver's license

ERP Sales Executive - Deerfield, Illinois

We are looking for an ERP Manufacturing Software Sales Executive based in Deerfield, Il. This position is responsible for driving new business sales of manufacturing ERP software solutions and professional services revenue by identifying, pursuing and closing new customers.  

This ERP and manufacturing software provider is well established with a long list of Discrete, "to-order" Manufacturing customers globally.

Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed quarterly & annual quota

Develop and maintain sales and marketing plan and opportunity pipeline

Maintain and drive high level of weekly sales activity
Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect
Build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and IT level
Develop strong knowledge of Jobscope’s Products & Services and the manufacturing market place.
Set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive references for future prospects

  • Experience selling in the manufacturing software market place
  • Knowledge of manufacturing terminology and processes such as: ERP, Engineering, BOM, Estimating, Sales Order Processing, MRP, Work Orders, Production Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Accounting, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Contacts within manufacturing marketplace that can be leveraged to build a pipeline
  • Demonstrate a solid approach to the sales process with creativity and vision
  • Proficiency in PC and Internet skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, sales force automation and web meeting tools.
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to travel 30 – 50% of the time and flexibility in work schedule
Quote To Cash Sales Engineer - Remote
Sales Engineers can effectively deliver complex CPQ demonstrations as well as close business. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside Microsoft and our Partners to tackle exciting opportunities in a range of industries. You should be able to comfortably present tailored software presentations to CXOs, Sales and IT Directors and creatively transfer prospect business requirements to CPQ Software.

Strong sales instincts, effective software presentation skills, a background in CPQ and manufacturing will serve you extremely well in this role. Good working knowledge of Dynamics AX and/or NAV is a further plus.
